I have a 1999 Dodge 2500 5.9L diesel with engine.When on the road after about 1 hours drive to 75 mph with the gas pedal instead of 70 mph unresponsive.It accelerate.If but full throttle is sometimes the turbo comes into play in the behavior rule for replacing a lift seconds.My some mechanical pump (the second in 14 months) at about 5 weeks ago.The fuel pressure 5lb.I was all wrong and running again, but say it must have a pressure of 10 pounds and expensive injection pump . replaced.Quite Does this seems the right way?

be taken to a diesel shop. View looking for a turbo shop, if nothing else, you can give a better diagnosis
